BODY CHALLENGE NUTRITION & WEIGHT LOSS WORKSHOP
Tuesdays at 7 p.m. Learn about nutrition and weight loss and get support and motivation for your weight management goals. New topics weekly to go with reference manual in this new Fitness Zone program. Call for more details.
 
FUNK-tionally FIT
Mondays at 4 p.m., beginning May 10 and running through May 31. Funk for everyone. Learn the core components of Funk/Hip Hop moves and get a great fun workout.
